"Can
you Hire a Knowledgeable Attorney with Integrity?
YES you can!"
"I
wanted to let everyone know that I believe hiring a
qualified Attorney to assist in the process of
applying for benefits is very important and
beneficial. I filed on line at the end of May.
Toward the end of June I realized that getting
professional help from someone who knew the rules
and the system could be advantageous. I began
searching for an Attorney or Company and found that
no one was interested until you were denied. That of
course is because they get paid 25% of past due
benefits. Then I found Rich, he was very different
from anyone else I had talked to. He answered my
questions and reviewed my information and said he
believed he could help me. He took on my case PRIOR
TO A DENIAL and immediately began working on my
behalf. He had to help undo a couple of mistakes I
made."
"He really understood the
laws and the system. To make a long story short, I
just recently got notice I was APPROVED. I was only
due one month of benefits at the time of approval so
needless to say Rich did not get paid much. I cannot
say enough good things about Rich. His willingness
to help people on this message board and his
willingness to help me when no one else would
because they would not get paid enough demonstrates
his character and integrity."
"It is my personal opinion
that getting help from a knowledgeable and
experienced Attorney as opposed to one of these
other companies who advertise to help get benefits
is preferable as they are more knowledgeable about
the laws and in a better legal position to assist
you through the legal process if necessary. They all
charge the same why not get the best possible help
you can."
"Oh yea, I should mention I live in Florida and Rich
is in Chicago. This presented no problem with
technology today everything can be handled quite
easily. So, I would encourage everyone to seek the
help of a qualified knowledgeable Attorney BEFORE
you file. While they are few and far between try to
find someone with integrity for me that was Rich.
Thanks Rich, for all your help. I am sure without it
I would still be fighting perhaps for years as many
others often do."
